Hello, my service appointment was absolutely awesome. I have purchased 6 new vehicles in the past 14 years. My wife and I decided to switch from Chevrolet to Mazda after realizing that we got a better overall value. This was our first inspection since purchasing our Mazda. I have never had a video inspection and the level of care and keeping in touch via text like this. This was a 5 star experience and I’m thankful for the service team.
Jose. Remember the name. And make sure you ask for him. we had been to multiple dealerships before, spoken to multiple salespeople before...and being a first time car buyer, it was not easy. Some where pushing me for stuff we didn't need or want, trying to upsell us, in some cases even straight out lying to me till we confronted them. But not Jose! I obviously didn't trust him from the very moment I walked in..but talking to him was very easy and he was upfront and honest with me. No ulterior motives...I genuinely felt he was on my side. Saves time and effort on both our parts and I feel like I can always count on him. Will be going back for future cars for sure. The rest of the dealership staff is also very nice, and helpful. Thank you for the experience.
So many good things to say about this dealership!!! We drove here from 3 hours away looking for a specific car, unfortunately they did not have it but they were jumping through hops to get us what we wanted! Really appreciate these guys and their thoughtfulness. I would 1000% recommended them!
